How do you wash this pillow?
Amsa: To launder, simply unzip the pillow cover, and remove the memory foam core. Machine wash the pillow cover only on a warm, gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low until thoroughly dry. -

Is there a zip that allows you to adjust the filling of the pillow?
Amsa: There is a zipper, but it is primarily used to remove the gel insert for washing. The filling is in chambers, so there is no way to add filling. The pillow will "refluff" after washing. -

Amsa: The pillow shell without the gel and foam insert is machine washable. The gel and foam cannot be laundered but can be spot cleaned with a damp rag and mild detergent. -
