What size solar panel is recommended with this 20a controller?
Amsa: Last year I fitted four 100w (6.63a per panel claimed) flexible panels and the best output I ever saw in strong overhead sunshine with discharged batteries was 17.3A so the 20A controller for me is working great. Panel manufacturers always exaggerate the output compared to real-life. On reflection maybe the 30A would have been better to allow me to install another two panels. -

Amsa: No cable supplied to Solar Panels. Dedicated 2m ribbon cable is supplied to connect remote reader. -

Amsa: The size of the unit is 155mm wide x 220mm long x 53mm deep. The only protuberances will be the cables from the bottom of the unit. -
