Nutritionist's Take
GNC AMP Sustained Protein Blend offers a combination of four protein sources designed for muscle building and recovery, making it appealing for athletes and active individuals. The inclusion of both rapid and sustained-release proteins can support immediate muscle repair and prolonged energy. With gluten-free certification, it’s suitable for individuals with gluten sensitivities. However, some nutritionists may express concerns about the presence of artificial flavors and sweeteners, which may not align with whole food preferences. Additionally, while the chocolate milkshake flavor can enhance palatability, it may also encourage overconsumption due to its taste. Overall, while this product can be beneficial for those needing protein supplementation, consumers should consider their dietary needs and the balance of whole foods in their diet.

Overall, this product is well-regarded for its taste and nutritional benefits, making it a great choice for those looking to supplement their diet with protein.
