Amsa: No it does not fit the OBS models of the 7.3 Powerstrokes. The 1995 would require the FD4595 or Racor's (OEM Manufacturer) PFF4595 -

Started leaking after a couple weeks. Is there different one with a better gasket that people use?
Amsa: I use the K&N PF4000. It comes with a new cap and hasn't leaked on me. -

Doesn't it come with the cap that screws it in and seals the unit?
Amsa: No cap, just filter and o-ring.
