- One pound of Flex Paste covers about 10 linear ft at 2 inches wide with a layer thickness of approximately 1/16th inch.
- It can be used on windows, doors, vents, thresholds, and more to create a watertight barrier that seals out air and moisture, thus preventing flood damage.
- Unlike spackle or joint compound, Flex Paste dries to a waterproof, flexible rubber, making it ideal for filling large voids to keep insects and rodents out of homes.
- It dries to a waterproof, flexible rubber that won't dissolve or wash away and can even dry underwater.
- For application, a putty knife, trowel, or similar tool can be used to smooth over the surface, and etching the surface may help with adhesion on wet and dry surfaces.
