The Ultraloq U-Bolt Pro smart deadbolt lock is a Bluetooth-enabled lock that allows for entry via fingerprint, keypad, and proximity. Customers have had positive experiences with both the product and customer service. One customer had an issue with one of the locks making an unusual noise, but after updating the firmware, the lock worked great and customer service was helpful throughout. Another customer loves the convenience of not having to carry house keys and praises Ultraloq's customer service. Some customers said that the lock was easy to install and operate. However, one customer had two locks fail within a year, and the replacement lock had the same issue, but Ultraloq did not provide support. Another customer found the customer service to be inadequate and said that the lock was defective. It should be noted that the bridge needed for operation is not included and must be purchased separately.
