- 1) Prepare the water with salt in a bottle, 250ml water at 37°C. 2) Add 1 pack of salt and then mix. 3) Gently insert the tip into a nostril. 4) Breathe through the mouth 5). Press squeeze to start the flow of the water solution. while breathing through your mouth. 6) Release the bottle to stop the flow of the solution. 7) Half water in one nostril and half into the other.
- Safety Information: Do not use tap water unless it is sterilized by boiling (and then cooled) to lukewarm or body temperature. Another choice is micro-filtered water. Each device may only be used by one user. After each use, clean the device with soap and water or sterilise it by boiling or see the instructions in the enclosed booklet.
- Warning: To avoid any unpleasant situation, please use the correct salt concentration correctly.Wash the product thoroughly before and after each use.Do not use regular water without this salt mix. Children under 7 years should use this product under the supervision of the doctor and their parents.Do not use it if one side of your nose is blocked or if you have otitis or other ear disorders.
